How fast are deliveries?
Simple tasks are delivered in 24–48 hours. More complex requests take longer, averaging 72 hours. We kindly ask you to check updates and notes on Trello frequently to help us move fast.

How many designs can I request?
Unlimited, however, one active request at a time for quality and focus. 1 request = 1 or more outputs. One active request is defined as one single output unit, check the table above for reference.

What’s included in the subscription?
Reviewing the questionnaire to understand your brand and goals. Then we invite you to a Trello board where all communications take place.

Do you offer refunds?
No, you have 7 days free trial. And we always revise until you’re fully satisfied before moving to the next request.

Who works on my requests?
An appointed member from the group. Nothing is outsourced. Depending on the request, another member might jump in.

Do I own the work you deliver?
Yes. Every design is yours once delivered. You can have the source file if you want it, unless we are working in your environment.

Do you work across time zones, 24/7?
We work primarily across EMEA & APAC timezones, ensuring near-round-the-clock coverage. We work 5 days a week.

Do you support multiple languages?
We can accommodate your requests, depending on the language.

What tools do you use?
Adobe suite primarily, but also Figma, Canva, Google Slides. Plus select vibecoding platforms for specific requests. For AI we use primarily Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Adobe Firefly. We prefer to work in your environment for specific requests, that way you can stay in the loop, so you will need to add us as a user or share credentials.

Can we jump on calls?
All comms are managed in Trello. If we were to take calls for every request, we would not be able to cope. But it could happen!

Why is strategy questionnaire included?
It's the only way for us to understand what's on your mind. Block 60min to do it. It saves time, reduces friction, revisions, and ensures every design aligns with your goals.

Do you handle development or only design?
We focus purely on design. We don’t handle coding.

Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. It’s a flat monthly subscription, once you cancel your subscription ends at the end of the renewal period. No contracts, hourly or value-based pricing or long-term commitments.

When you say template, what do you mean?
For example, you want a slide deck template, or a carousel template. We deliver the structure; you fill in the content. If you want us to fill in the content, you need to provide it finalized.

What happens after I subscribe?
You will get a link to complete the questionnaire during working hours. Please check your junk folder. Once completed, we will review it and invite you to your Trello board so you get familiar with how to share your requests and communication and add your first request.

What if you don't understand my request?
From our experience, requests can be understood if conveyed CLEARLY and communicated early on. This being said, we understand you can change your mind, and we continue working until you are satisfied before we mark the request with all outputs as done and delivered.

What is the design is wrong?
There is no such thing as right or wrong design. There are clear briefs and asks. If we feel your request isn't making sense or not clear, we will let you know before we start to make sure it meets your goals.

What if I approved a design but changed my mind?
A rework request that has been approved and marked as complete is considered a new request.

Is there a free trial?
You have 7 days before your subscription kicks in which gives you time to try.
