FAQ

How fast are deliveries?
Simple tasks are delivered in 24–48 hours on th Signature plan. Complex requests take longer, averaging 72 hours. We kindly ask you to check Trello updates frequently to help us be fast. 72 hours average on Starter plan.

How many designs can I request?
1 request = 1 design. Add as many as you want on the Signature Plan. We complete them ONE at a time for quality and focus; then move to the next request, averaging 4 to 20 per month depending on the complexity. Starter plan: up to 3 requests per month.

What’s included in the subscription?
Reviewing the questionnaire to understand your brand and goals, and moodboards on kickoff. On the Starter plan, you may request simple designs, like cheat sheets, carousels, and deck templates, images or instagram filters.

Do you offer refunds?
No, but we revise until you’re fully satisfied before moving to the next request.

Who creates my designs?
An appointed designer from the team. Nothing is outsourced. You are assigned to one designer but depending on the request, another designer might jump in. All experienced.

Do I own the work you deliver?
Yes. Every design is yours once delivered. You can have the source file if you want it, unless we are working in your environment.

Do you work across time zones, 24/7?
Our team spans Milan, London, Dubai, ensuring near-round-the-clock coverage. We work 5 days a week.

Do you support multiple languages?
We cover English, Italian, French. We are adding Mandarin and Arabic.

What tools do you use?
Primarily Adobe suite, but also Figma, Canva, and Google Slides, CAD. Plus vibe coding platforms for specific requests. To work in your environment, you need to add us as a user or share credentials.

Why is brand strategy questionnaire included?
It's the only way for us to understand what's on your mind. Block 90min to do it. It saves time, reduces friction, revisions, and ensures every design aligns with your goals and audience for brands.

Do you handle development or only design?
We focus purely on design. We don’t handle coding. Wit hvibe coding, we require you review with developers to ensure a frictionaless experience, safety and reliability.

Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. It’s a flat monthly subscription, once you cancel your subscription ends at the end of the renewal period. No contracts, hourly or value-based pricing or long-term commitments.

When you say template, what do you mean?
For example, you want a slide deck template, or a carousel template. We deliver the structure; you fill in the content. If you want us to fill in the content, you need to provide it finalised.

What happens after I subscribe?
We will get in touch. You will get a link to complete the questionnaire. Once completed, we will work on the moodboard(s) and you will receive an invite to your Trello board so you can start adding your requests.

What if you don't understand my request?
From our experience, requests can be understaood if conveyed clearly and communicated early on. This being said, we understand you can change your mind and we continue working until you are satisfied before we mark the request as done and delivered and move to the next one.

What is the design is wrong?
There is no such thing as right or wrong design. There are clear briefs and asks. If we feel your request isn't making sense or not clear, we will let you know before we start to make sure it meets your goals.

What if I approved a design but changed my mind?
A rework request that has been marked as completed is considered a new request.
